F\u00f3rum prij\u00edma medzivl\u00e1dne politick\u00e9 vyhl\u00e1senia a ka\u017edoro\u010dne sa sch\u00e1dza pod z\u00e1\u0161titou <a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/ecosoc\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hospod\u00e1rskej a soci\u00e1lnej rady (ECOSOC)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160tatistick\u00e1 komisia OSN na svojom 46. zasadnut\u00ed v\u00a0marci 2015 vytvorila <a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/unstats.un.org\/sdgs\/iaeg-sdgs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Expertn\u00fa skupinu pre indik\u00e1tory udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9ho rozvoja (IAEG-SDG)<\/a>, zlo\u017een\u00fa z\u00a0vybran\u00fdch \u010dlensk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1tov OSN a\u00a0region\u00e1lnych a\u00a0medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdch agent\u00far.<\/p>\n<p>Expertn\u00e1 skupina bola poveren\u00e1 vypracovan\u00edm a implement\u00e1ciou glob\u00e1lneho indik\u00e1torov\u00e9ho r\u00e1mca pre ciele Agendy 2030, ktor\u00fd bol schv\u00e1len\u00fd na 48. zasadnut\u00ed \u0160tatistickej komisie OSN v marci 2017. R\u00e1mec glob\u00e1lnych indik\u00e1torov bol n\u00e1sledne prijat\u00fd Valn\u00fdm zhroma\u017eden\u00edm OSN 6. j\u00fala 2017 a je obsiahnut\u00fd v uznesen\u00ed Valn\u00e9ho zhroma\u017edenia o \u010dinnosti \u0160tatistickej komisie, ktor\u00e9 sa t\u00fdka Agendy 2030 pre udr\u017eate\u013en\u00fd rozvoj <a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/undocs.org\/A\/RES\/71\/313\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(A\/RES\/71\/313)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Na tre\u0165om zasadnut\u00ed IAEG-SDG 30. marca \u2013 1. apr\u00edla 2016 v\u00a0Mexiku boli vytvoren\u00e9 3 pracovn\u00e9 skupiny na podporu rie\u0161enia \u0161pecifick\u00fdch oblast\u00ed pre implement\u00e1ciu indik\u00e1torov udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9ho rozvoja:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/unstats.un.org\/sdgs\/files\/Working-Group-ToR--GeoSpatial.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pracovn\u00e1 skupina pre geografick\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie a\u00a0prepojenia (pdf &#8211; 256 kB)<\/a> m\u00e1 za \u00falohu zaobera\u0165 sa \u0161tatistick\u00fdmi indik\u00e1tormi z\u00a0geografickej perspekt\u00edvy a\u00a0identifikova\u0165 existuj\u00face medzery v\u00a0geopriestorov\u00fdch \u00fadajoch a\u00a0metad\u00e1tach.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/unstats.un.org\/sdgs\/files\/Working-Group-ToR--Interlinkages.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pracovn\u00e1 skupina pre vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9 prepojenie \u0161tatist\u00edk udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9ho rozvoja (pdf &#8211; 248 kB)<\/a> vznikla s\u00a0cie\u013eom umo\u017eni\u0165 integrovanie anal\u00fdz a\u00a0monitorovania.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/unstats.un.org\/sdgs\/files\/Working-Group-ToR--SDMX.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pracovn\u00e1 skupina pre SDMX (pdf &#8211; 296 kB)<\/a>, ktor\u00e1 pracuje na \u0161pecifikovan\u00ed jednotn\u00fdch \u0161trukt\u00far a\u00a0defin\u00edci\u00ed pojmov pre prenos a\u00a0\u0161\u00edrenie \u00fadajov a\u00a0meta\u00fadajov k\u00a0indik\u00e1torom udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9ho rozvoja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Politick\u00e9 f\u00f3rum na vysokej \u00farovni (HLPF) ako aj jednotliv\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 skupiny Expertnej skupiny pre indik\u00e1tory udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9ho rozvoja sa stret\u00e1vaj\u00fa na pravideln\u00fdch <a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/unstats.un.org\/sdgs\/meetings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zasadnutiach<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-533-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-has-style\" ><div class=\"center-content aux-fold panel-row-style panel-row-style-for-533-1\" data-stretch-type=\"boxed\" ><div id=\"pgc-533-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-533-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h2 class=\"\">Eur\u00f3pska \u00farove\u0148<\/h2>\n<p>E\u00da m\u00e1 siln\u00fa v\u00fdchodiskov\u00fa poz\u00edciu, pokia\u013e ide o udr\u017eate\u013en\u00fd rozvoj, a spolu s \u010dlensk\u00fdmi krajinami je plne odhodlan\u00e1 sta\u0165 sa priekopn\u00edkom\u00a0pri realiz\u00e1cii Agendy 2030. Funkcie cie\u013eov udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9ho rozvoja s\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou v\u0161etk\u00fdch 10 prior\u00edt Eur\u00f3pskej komisie. V novembri 2016 Eur\u00f3pska komisia na\u010drtla svoj strategick\u00fd pr\u00edstup k implement\u00e1cii Agendy 2030 vr\u00e1tane cie\u013eov udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9ho rozvoja v\u00a0dokumente <a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"http:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/SK\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:52016DC0739&amp;from=EN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u010eal\u0161ie kroky smerom k udr\u017eate\u013enej bud\u00facnosti Eur\u00f3py<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Viac inform\u00e1ci\u00ed n\u00e1jdete na <a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/web\/sdi\/overview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ofici\u00e1lnej str\u00e1nke<\/a> pre pr\u00edstup E\u00da spolu s jej \u010dlensk\u00fdmi krajinami k implement\u00e1cii Agendy 2030 pre udr\u017eate\u013en\u00fd rozvoj.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-533-2\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-has-style\" ><div class=\"center-content aux-fold panel-row-style panel-row-style-for-533-2\" data-stretch-type=\"boxed\" ><div id=\"pgc-533-2-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-533-2-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"2\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h2 class=\"\">N\u00e1rodn\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148<\/h2>\n<p>Slovensk\u00e1 republika sa k implement\u00e1cii Agendy 2030 prihl\u00e1sila v dokumente <a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/agenda2030.statistics.sk\/Agenda2030\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/vlastnymat_UV_95-2016.doc\" rel=\"noopener\">V\u00fdchodisk\u00e1 implement\u00e1cie Agendy 2030 pre udr\u017eate\u013en\u00fd rozvoj<\/a> schv\u00e1lenom uznesen\u00edm vl\u00e1dy \u010d. 95\/2016.<\/p>\n<p>Zodpovednos\u0165 za Agendu 2030 je na Slovensku rozdelen\u00e1 medzi Ministerstvom invest\u00edci\u00ed, region\u00e1lneho rozvoja a informatiz\u00e1cie Slovenskej Republiky a Ministerstvom zahrani\u010dn\u00fdch vec\u00ed a eur\u00f3pskych z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed SR.<\/p>\n<p>V zmysle uznesenia vl\u00e1dy SR \u010d. 95 z 2. marca 2016 zodpoved\u00e1 Ministerstvo invest\u00edci\u00ed, region\u00e1lneho rozvoja a informatiz\u00e1cie Slovenskej republiky za vn\u00fatro\u0161t\u00e1tnu implement\u00e1ciu a Ministerstvo zahrani\u010dn\u00fdch vec\u00ed a eur\u00f3pskych z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed SR za implement\u00e1ciu v medzin\u00e1rodnom prostred\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Uznesen\u00edm vl\u00e1dy SR \u010d. 5 z 11. janu\u00e1ra 2017 vl\u00e1da SR schv\u00e1lila <a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/agenda2030.statistics.sk\/Agenda2030\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/vlastnymat_UV_5-2017.doc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Koncepciu implement\u00e1cie Agendy 2030 v medzin\u00e1rodnom prostred\u00ed<\/a>, predlo\u017een\u00fa ministrom zahrani\u010dn\u00fdch vec\u00ed a eur\u00f3pskych z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed SR, ktor\u00e1 predstavuje v\u00edziu ako Slovensko m\u00f4\u017ee prispie\u0165 svojou zahrani\u010dnou anga\u017eovanos\u0165ou k naplneniu cie\u013eov udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9ho rozvoja v glob\u00e1lnom meradle.<\/p>\n<p>Vl\u00e1da SR schv\u00e1lila 24. j\u00fala 2017 <a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/agenda2030.statistics.sk\/Agenda2030\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/vlastnymat_UV_350-2017.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">N\u00e1vrh postupu vn\u00fatro\u0161t\u00e1tnej implement\u00e1cie Agendy 2030<\/a>, ktor\u00fd vypracoval Ministerstvo invest\u00edci\u00ed, region\u00e1lneho rozvoja a informatiz\u00e1cie Slovenskej republiky. Hlavn\u00fdm z\u00e1merom tohto dokumentu je nastavenie r\u00e1mca, ktor\u00fd umo\u017en\u00ed lep\u0161iu koordin\u00e1ciu a \u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161ie rie\u0161enie komplexn\u00fdch prierezov\u00fdch probl\u00e9mov, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa v p\u00f4sobnosti viacer\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1tnych org\u00e1nov a in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed. V r\u00e1mci konzultat\u00edvneho procesu zahr\u0148uj\u00faceho vl\u00e1du, samospr\u00e1vy a odborn\u00fa verejnos\u0165 sa navrhli <a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/agenda2030.statistics.sk\/Agenda2030\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/vlastnymat_UV_273-2018.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 priority implement\u00e1cie Agendy 2030<\/a>, ktor\u00e9 boli predlo\u017een\u00e9 vl\u00e1de SR a schv\u00e1len\u00e9 13. j\u00fana 2018 uznesen\u00edm \u010d. 273\/2018. K jednotliv\u00fdm n\u00e1rodn\u00fdm priorit\u00e1m sa priradia merate\u013en\u00e9 strategick\u00e9 ciele, pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 indik\u00e1tory a relevantn\u00e9 implementa\u010dn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly a n\u00e1stroje rezortov.<\/p>\n<p>Vl\u00e1da SR uznesen\u00edm \u010d. 576\/2020 zo d\u0148a 23. septembra 2020 schv\u00e1lila <a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/agenda2030.statistics.sk\/Agenda2030\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Sprava_o_dosiahnutych_vysledkoch_v_narodnych_prioritach.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Spr\u00e1vu o dosiahnut\u00fdch v\u00fdsledkoch v n\u00e1rodn\u00fdch priorit\u00e1ch implement\u00e1cie Agendy 2030.<\/a> Jej cie\u013eom je poda\u0165 inform\u00e1ciu o v\u00fdsledkoch dosiahnut\u00fdch v n\u00e1rodn\u00fdch priorit\u00e1ch Agendy 2030 v obdob\u00ed od ich schv\u00e1lenia v j\u00fali 2018 a\u017e do apr\u00edla 2020. S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou spr\u00e1vy je aj inform\u00e1cia o implement\u00e1cii Agendy 2030 Slovenskou republikou v medzin\u00e1rodnom prostred\u00ed. Spr\u00e1va je ur\u010den\u00e1 odborn\u00edkom z verejnej spr\u00e1vy, akademick\u00e9ho, ob\u010dianskeho a s\u00fakromn\u00e9ho sektoru, ale aj \u0161ir\u0161ej odbornej verejnosti.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/agenda2030.statistics.sk\/Agenda2030\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Druha_sprava_o_dosiahnutych_vysledkoch_v_NP_implementacie_A2030-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Druh\u00e1 spr\u00e1va o dosiahnut\u00fdch v\u00fdsledkoch v n\u00e1rodn\u00fdch priorit\u00e1ch implement\u00e1cie Agendy 2030<\/a> bola schv\u00e1len\u00e1 Vl\u00e1dou SR uznesen\u00edm \u010d. 410\/2022 zo d\u0148a 22. j\u00fana 2022. Spr\u00e1va poskytuje kvantitat\u00edvne hodnotenie pokroku Slovenskej republiky pri dosahovan\u00ed SDGs Agendy 2030 prostredn\u00edctvom vybran\u00fdch indik\u00e1torov Agendy 2030. Spr\u00e1va m\u00e1 z\u00e1rove\u0148 sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 aj ako podklad pre \u201eDobrovo\u013en\u00fa spr\u00e1vu 2023\u201c ur\u010den\u00fa na zasadnutie Vysok\u00e9ho politick\u00e9ho f\u00f3ra OSN v roku 2023. Podrobn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky monitorovania SDGs OSN s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 v 17-ich kapitol\u00e1ch tejto spr\u00e1vy. Indik\u00e1tory poukazuj\u00fa na pokrok, ktor\u00fd SR dosiahla pri plnen\u00ed 16 cie\u013eov SDGs, a tie\u017e na oblasti, v ktor\u00fdch je potrebn\u00e9 vyvin\u00fa\u0165 \u010fal\u0161ie \u00fasilie. Monitorovacia spr\u00e1va m\u00f4\u017ee in\u0161pirova\u0165 ob\u010danov, aby sa stali politicky akt\u00edvnymi v diskusii, politikov, v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov a podnikate\u013eov, aby podnikli aktivity pre rozvoj udr\u017eate\u013enosti. Pre relevantn\u00e9 vl\u00e1dne in\u0161tit\u00facie tak vznikne pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165, aby podali n\u00e1vrhy na zlep\u0161enie v\u00fdkonu vl\u00e1dy SR pri implement\u00e1cii Agendy 2030 a v \u0161t\u00e1tnom rozpo\u010dte reflektovali zistenia vypl\u00fdvaj\u00face zo spr\u00e1vy a pr\u00edpadn\u00fdch pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"(Do nov\u00e9ho okna)\" href=\"https:\/\/agenda2030.statistics.sk\/Agenda2030\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Vizia_-a_strategia_Slovenska_-do-_roku_2030.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">V\u00edzia a strat\u00e9gia rozvoja 2030 &#8211; \u201eSlovensko 2030\u201c<\/a> bola uznesen\u00edm 41\/2021 z 20. janu\u00e1ra 2021 prijat\u00e1 vl\u00e1dou SR. \u201eSlovensko 2030\u201c sleduje horizont\u00e1lny aj vertik\u00e1lny pr\u00edstup a predstavuje N\u00e1rodn\u00fa strat\u00e9giu region\u00e1lneho rozvoja s\u00fa\u010dasne.
